Everything rises and falls on leadership!
You will often hear John Maxwell teach this principle. In these six words, Maxwell summarizes the essence of the tremendous weight leaders carry on their shoulders. The weight of leadership is often felt under a load of high expectations. The flipside of Maxwell’s words is also true; the rise and fall of a leader affects everything. The potential for either great success or devastating failure is precariously balanced on each leader’s capacity to bear the weight of the particular demands of his or her leadership responsibilities.
